Dustin E. Eggleston

President

Dusty joined the company on a full time basis in 1996 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business in 1995 from Texas Tech University. While in college, Dusty owned and operated a small residential painting and home repair business for three years. He brings over 13 years of experience in design development, estimating, and Project Management. During his tenure at Century, Dusty has served in various positions which include Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, and he has overseen the successful completion of many multi-million dollar church projects. In addition to his duties as President, Dusty works closely with the Business Development team in overseeing the preliminary design development process for Century’s clients.


Brady L. Eggleston, PMP

Vice President Operations

Brady joined the Century team after serving in United States Air Force for eight years as a Military Policeman. He was honorably discharged in 1990 after being stationed in the Philippines as an E-5 Staff Sergeant. Brady started working at Century full-time in 1991 as a field superintendent for over 4 years. Brady was promoted to the position of Project Manager and worked in that capacity for six years before being promoted to Vice President of Operations. Brady is responsible for all aspects of Century’s construction operations, construction document development, quality control, safety, and also the oversight of the day-to-day operations in his department. Brady graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Letourneau University in 1997. He then went on to obtain his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2004, and then received his Masters of Science in Project Management from the University of Management & Technology in 2006.


L. Henry Kohlleffel


Vice President Business Development

Henry provides the Century team with thirty seven years of design, planning and construction experience working in several different capacities. His primary focus during the last sixteen years has been in the design and planning of church facilities. Henry holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas, 1962. Henry works closely with the entire design team to help Century’s clients develop a design that meets their needs and budget.


Clinton W. Eggleston

Vice President Finance

Clint oversees the day-to-day operations of accounting, human resource administration, financial planning and the management of financial risks. Clint is also responsible for maintaining Century’s corporate network, website, and providing computer technical support for Century’s employees. Clint graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and worked as an ASCP certified Medical Technologist for three years in the medical community. Clint then joined Century in 1996 working first as an estimator, and then was promoted to Chief Estimator in 1998. Clint transferred to Century’s management team in 2000 and became Controller before being promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2006.
